PCB layout

Here is the first draft of the physical layout for the PCB. This is fiendishly difficult to get exactly right because the physical dimensions and relative placement of components is so critical. We're not quite there yet but it's a good start. We are thinking that we'll get the PCB layout right and then use it as the template for the panel.
